NBTV Converter for Oscilloscope Mk4

Alternative design, essentially same as Mk3 but uses an 8 pin DIP LM311 single comparator.



Prototype construct; housed in disgarded 12 x 8 x 6 cm metal box.





Here is a Test oscillator to provide stable sync' pulses to test decoder.
